When a Client has an international need, it becomes an International Client and we attribute a personal International Key Account Director to such a Client. The International Key Account Director may be the Consultant who has always followed up the Client locally, or somebody more skilled at an international level. The Client will only once be required to brief its International Key Account Director, who will then organize an international search, orchestrating all the local Partners/Members involved. This streamlines the international search process to a maximum extent and allows the most complete HQ control over international searches. Again, it is well known that such International Key Accounting is not implemented by many players in the Executive Search industry and, on the contrary , when a client has an international need , more often than not, he/she has to brief and manage the local Executive Search offices involved.
